Negatives: Everything was good

Negatives: We had to wait until 1640 to get our room and parking on site a little expensive

Negatives: Pool is neat an airfield with landing planes every 5 minutes Air conditioning make you feel like you’re sleeping next to a running truck. Room isn’t serviced daily

Negatives: Property took a hold of room price + incidentals charge on top of what I have already been charged. Still waiting for the hold to return to me. Whereas it’s supposed to be only incidentals charge.

Negatives: Can't really say

Negatives: the hotel is on the flight path. There is a plane passing over the hotel every 5 minutes. 9 /10 for a hotel with the smell of kerosen in the pool, we don't give a damn about the customers.

Negatives: We really had no complaints. If I had to list something, I would say that we noticed that people parked for long periods (hours) in the check-in spots (it seemed like the rules didn't apply to them) and that when we wanted to park there to check in, none were available. We also noticed some people parking there and unloading large groups for the pool, and leaving their car. This was a concern to us, because it was sometimes a little hard to find good seats at the pool and we wondered if some of the people at the pool weren't hotel guests. It would be disappointing to find out that we couldn't get a good seat (or any seat) at the pool because non-guests had taken them. Also, our pool waiter left for the day without telling us, and we waited longer than we would have liked before going in to the bar to settle our tab, only to find he had left. The ladies next to us had ordered drinks and he left without ever bringing them or telling them he was leaving. They waited quite a while, too, because they didn't want to upset him, but finally asked me to let him know they couldn't wait any longer. Lastly, it would be nice if there was a system to keep track of which pool chairs with towels on them are actually taken so that guests can find a seat at the pool.

Negatives: Very expensive. Pillow and mattress quality was poor.

Negatives: I have never been in a $700 room that has no water. And when I called to ask for water after a 15hr trip, I was told that I can go downstairs to buy water, not to mention that the minibar is empty. I was also shocked that breakfast is given with plastic cutlery and plastic cups. And of course the room has no vanity kit, no shower cap, no cotton buds, no body lotion. It's definitely not worth the price. I would not stay there again, although I need to go to Naples once a year for work.
