At 3am on June 25, a woman insistently knocked on the door and tried to force the lock to enter the room. I called reception many times but no one answered the call. it was exasperating, frustrating and terrifying to have spent about 15 to 20 minutes in that situation and to see that woman wanting to enter the room and not receiving help from anyone. The next day when I delivered the room, a man was making the same complaint because he had had the same bad experience as me. Now I wonder what the intentions of that woman would be and what she would have passed if she managed to open the door.
