Hotel staff attempted to charge us $40 for a service pet we brought. This is completely against the law. Had to get the charge removed by our credit card company.

It was ok not the best

We liked that hotel was so close to the beach. We also liked that it was clean.
Negatives:
We didnt like several things! There were so many cameras un the facility it felt like Big Brother. We didnt like being charged for a extra night then being told it was fixed online to find out at check out that it wasnt fixed. We also didnt like them trying to charge for ANOTHER night after we left the hotel. We didnt like that other guests were loitering in the parking lot and hallways. We didnt like that guest were drunk in public places. We didnt like tjat some of the guest were propping doors to the outside open with rocks. We didnt like when the staff put us out of the pool area, eventho we were just sitting around.
