The room was very dusty, not thoroughly cleaned in a while. Bathroom Blinds, and lampshades not cleaned.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I forgot my room key...a few times ( ops)
I also asked to change rooms for a different view and that was no problem at all. I had a fabulous view of the pier and park.

Very small room for the cost!! Air conditioning vents in the room were very dusty and dirty. The bathroom shower had some mold starting to form on the shower walls. There were rarely any towels out by the pool for guests to use. Ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken. We asked for a late checkout and we were told it would cost $25 extra and when we got our summary of charges, they charged us $50! We would NOT stay here again!

Location was pretty. Room was NOT humid like most hotels in FL. Nice to have a restaurant attached to hotel. Free breakfast was just ok, but nice that its offered. Rooms older and sort of clean. Staff was friendly. Internet went out so no credit cards

Rooms are tiny! Very noisy place! Ice machine outside our door and it was loud! A couple baseball teams arrived later in the evening and they were loud. The rooms are not sound proof at all! Man screaming at his wife at 3 am and again, everyone heard

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. No room service, had to go to desk to get towels everyday. Old, dirty and rundown. Way over priced for what it is. Would NOT recomend. Oh and my bathroom door scraped the celing every time the door was opened or closed.
