Positives: Bob on front desk is AWESOME--intelligent, professional, upbeat, worldly. Enjoyed greeting Bob in morning when getting fresh coffee in lobby. Towels were soft. Able to park in front of room. Pool temperature good for my physical therapy exercising. Convenient location to 867 for drive to Sanibel Shell Festival.

Negatives: Bathroom sink missing drain cover, bathtub chipped, need a way to turn fan off and keep light on in bathroom, baseboards and behind night stand are dusty, dehumidifier did not work- which was crucial for me with asthma. Room was damp, musty smell. Original "free" lodging at friend's was cancelled too late to find ANY lodging that I could afford. I finally chose Red Roof as it was least expensive of three or four remaining hotels.
