The room smelled like mold and mildew . Making my throat sore for the last 2 days of our trip. We couldn’t have the air running and just the humidifier that was in the room. A friend was staying in a room close and stated the same thing and had to move rooms due to carpet being soaked and the smell of mold .

The property is affordable and it has free breakfast. The staff keep it as clean as can be and all staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The building is in need of renovations. The side doors and stairwells can be accessed without a key and this leaves the building accessible. There is a mildew and possibly mold problem throughout the building. The room I was in the carpet was soaked (the staff moved me) and there were several room with dehumidifiers. The building smells misty and like mildew is brewing.

The mold all over the bathroom and room torn ripped sheets and underskirt on beds the cracked sink the rusted painted over and peeling bathtub the rust and dirt all over the lamps and lampshades the broken electrical outlets the flimsy walls by the outlets the dirt stains some painted over others just left not even attempted to be cleaned off nefarious stains and mold on the headboards of the beds marked over and not actually fixed broken tops on furniture needs major upgrades and renovations will not stay at this location again we couldn’t change rooms due to availability however other family had switched rooms 3 separate times and still had multiple issues to include sinks that didn’t even work and worse mold issues and bad smells and dirty broken furniture

The carpets were dirty,furniture was old stained and dirty,sheets were stained the sleeper sofa was basically sleeping on springs,we had a jacuzzi tub that was unsafe no slip resistance it was to tall I bashed my knee on it twice as my 11 year old did also, and only 1 set of washer and dryer in the whole entire building that took forever to wash and dry.The first 3 days they didnt clean sweep or vacuum just replaced towels and made the bed.This was my 50th birthday trip and it was a horrible stay.
