Deplorable condition. Furniture was falling apart and wobbly. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Carpeting was stained ALL over in halls and in suite room. Beds were comfortable but sagging in middle. Wooden cabinets were swollen with moisture and disintegrating. Drinking cups were not in plastic wrap. Phone had no phone cord attached or anywhere near. No bedding for pullout sofa in room.

There was molded soap in dispenser in the public bathroom of hotel. Wyndham has a policy on cleaning and making beds unless told otherwise, did not get clean sheets. The bathroom door for my room did not stay shut because it was broken. The hairdryer did not work. I told all of this to front desk and they assured me the manager would call me. Have yet to receive a call.

This hotel needs a MAJOR overall. Very rundown, unclean, to say the least. I would never stay there again and I would never recommend it to anyone.

The front desk staff at checking was helpful despite him being very busy with checking and phone calls. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices
Negatives:
The 1st room I was given had not been cleaned. The beds looked like they were laid in. The desk was sticky with what looked like old food. There were beer cans, an ice tea can, and a juice container left on the bureau. The floor had not been vacuumed.
The hallway was dark, there were stains on the
hallway rug. The water filter on the ice machine had a date from over a year ago.
