Negatives: To have an opportunity to cancel. We called 4 hours before our check in and told if room is csncanceled we would still be charged!!!!!

Negatives: No toilet paper tv had 1 channel bathroom was dirty had roaches smell of weed in the room bathroom sink had what looked like pubic hair in it no way to keep cold drinks in it

Negatives: The room next to the freeway. The first check in guy that said we didn't get towels but every three days and then they didn't supply them.

Negatives: The walls were paper thin so could hear neighbours loud and clear first thing in the morning alongside traffic. Upon arrival we quickly learned that we had several cockroaches in the room which was far from ideal, had we not arrived late and only staying one night I'd have gone to reception to change rooms - although I assume if we had them in our room the others would too

Negatives: The staff didn't get the note on the reservation that we needed a room on the first floor for a person in a wheelchair. We had to wait to get a room an hour after the check in time. The lighting in the room was awful & our room wasn't as clean as it should've been, there were crumbs under the bed & hair on the clean towels. We asked for a couple more towels 2 different times & were told they didn't have any. Same thing when we asked for more pillows. They only gave us 2 & a half pillows for the room for 2 adults! The front desk people were not doing their jobs, they seemed to just be there for a paycheck. We paid for 2 nights but left after one (without a refund ) because of how uncomfortable it was. Not to mention, there was broken glass in the grass where kids run around playing as well as all kinds of other trash. This is unacceptable from a business. Very disappointed, will not be back!

Negatives: No microwave or fridge in room

Negatives: Had to be at a cancer treatment early the next morning and so many people running around all night. Up stairs and downstairs and slamming doors. Wasn't a good night's rest to say the least.
