Lobby was dirty, sheets in my room #23 were badly stained, fight over the sink did not work, water faucet did not work properly in the tub, when I complained, they said there was no other rooms available, price was too high for the quality of the room. Worst room I ever had in my life. Dirty walkways.

My room had bed bugs an I woke up with bites all over my arms and back and told management and they tried to say it wasn’t the room I was staying in and never offered my money back or a discount or anything very unprofessional and I hope no one has the same experience as me the room number was 34 so don’t stay in that room whatever you do

The location was good the room was clean and comfortable, but the night staff member was rude and judgemental made us wait to check in while trying to change the price of the reservation to increase it then saying there were no rooms available for the night. He tried everything to make sure we would lose the reservation but made a call to my corporate headquarters and then things changed and a young lady handled the rest of the transaction.
