I reserved a ground floor room with a king size bed. When I arrived we were on the 2nd floor, no elevator and 2 queen size beds. My husband has balance issues so I thought we would get what I reserved. We made the best of it even though there was stairs.
Positives:
Location close to friends home and shops. Nicely renovated bathrooms. Clean.
Negatives:
While mattresses slept well, the frames/furniture was bad. Box spring and mattress were sittinon simple bed frame that made significant noise. No cleaning service during our three night/four day stay but could get clean towels as needed from front desk.
