I did not like anything, especially the manager of this hotel Carla S. I called to confirm my reservation she was extremely nasty on the phone. I try to explain to her we had a family wedding and we needed at least one l Room for early check in and she refused us! We had about 20 rooms booked. ALL OF MY GUEST WAS SO UNHAPPY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER JAD AT ANY HOTEL I EVER BOOKED!!! CARLA WAS SO RUDE SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND CANCELED MY RESERVATION BEFORE MY Family and I got to the hotel...plus on top of of the had the nerve to charge my card for the rooms I never received! This manager should be Fired!! There will be others leVing reviews or cling their office in regards to Carla S. I need a full refund from this hotel!! I had to go stay at another hotel that new how to treat there customers ! Thank God I did!!

The breakfast was good but it seemed if you didn’t get there as soon as it was starting you did not get to eat. Still waiting on my $250 deposit refund to me.

This hotel is in a great area. The room was clean the staff was engaging However, the breakfast spread was Dull !

This hotel is close to Lake Okeechobee, although it is not located on the lake as it seems.
Negatives:
I showed up for check in at 2:35, but was told that I have to wait till after 3pm. Terrible customer service for a hotel that looks like a dump. This place also doesn’t seem safe for a family, as there are shady people who stay here and hang around the building. The hotel itself is so dirty and smells bad. No thank you. It was worth staying at the Hilton for just $40 more.

Positives:
Although the interior is a bit dated and can used a refresh, the location is wonderful. The garden and swimming pool just great to relax. Plenty of wildlife around to observe from close quarters too. It all together lakes for an enjoyable stay and look over the dated interior. Price/quality is excellent.
Negatives:
The interior could use a good refurbishment. The exterior has already received such an uplift. Otherwise there is not much to dislike. Friendly staff, great and convenient location. Dated interior but clean.
