1st of all the staff is top notch! All front desk staff members were very knowledgeable, friendly, and have no problem helping you with anything you need! The 2 ladies who work breakfast go above and beyond, especially the one with a British accent!
Negatives:
Honestly this hotel is head and shoulders above the Hilton 3 star across the street. I dont know what makes this 2 1/2 stars and Garden Inn 3 stars but imo its not even close! Cant really think of anything negative to say about Hampton Inn Oldsmar.

Didn't empty our trash, or replenish washcloths. Beds were uncomfortable, to soft, sheets would not stay on bed. Lotion pump empty, no conditioner.

There was a thick layer of dust on almost everything in the room. The rug was dirty. I had to wipe something off the floor, and the napkin was black just not clean.

Eggs were cold. Had to wait for food as there was not enough. Had to go to front desk to get this message across

The TV didn’t work. Asked for a reduced rate but hotel couldn’t do it because the room was booked through Booking. Have issues with Booking now since there is no way to compensate for a bad room.
