Positives:
Bed were extremely comfortable and rooms were VERY clean. Didn’t eat the breakfast as it was not included. Small buffet for extra $12.95. Location was good. They did refund my money for 1 of the 3 nights because power went out on Thursday evening and didn’t come back on until the next week. 1 night with power, 2 nights no power = 1 night refund.
Negatives:
Javier (supposedly night manager) said he would help us get our stuff down from the 5th fl since power was out from hurricane. He past by us on the 4th fl and went down to the other end of hallway and down that staircase so he didn’t see us again. No HELP!! Just me and my 76 yr mother. Not to mention we had 2 handicap people we had to get down 5 flights of stairs. Thanks A lot Javier!!

The restaurant was only available for breakfast. It was not even as good as the free breakfast at a Comfort Inn and cost $13.. Lost power at 7 pm because of a hurricane. What made it a horrible experience was that there was no backup generator, You could see the other businesses including hotels as well that did,, This is the 2nd time that I have evacuated to this hotel and my last. I am a 65 year old woman, I had to make 6 trips up and down the stairs from the 3rd floor since there were no elevators.

Very disappointed, power was out...
Positives:
We enjoyed the location as we were running from high water during the hurricane. The location was far enough from the water that flooding was not an issue.
Negatives:
The hotel lost power on the second day of our stay. Although out of the control of the hotel, there were not emergency lights in the stairwells making it very difficult to negotiate the stairs.

I was charged for my service dog which is against the law and I was told upon check in that I wouldn't be charged. The beds were horrible and the mattresses were dirty like they'd been used since the 90's.
