Got what I needed from this location.
Positives:
Nothing. I tried several times to change the dates on this trip. I realize that I could cancel it but asked twice to change the dates. The first time I was at the front desk a month out and she sent a message to the manager. She said they would send me an email. Never got one. Then the second time I was in the hospital and asked to change the dates and was told I would again get an email and again nothing.
