Positives:
The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Not clean. The bathrooms are very dingy. Floors were not clean, hair clogging the bathtub drain, mold on the vent above the toilet, and one of our tubs had rust in it. Lukewarm water. Blinds in the room were broken as well. The bedside table does not close. And one of our doors we had to force it open as the door kept getting stuck.
By the way, they do not give you clean towels or clean your room unless you ask.

The hotel was undergoing a brand change the day we arrived and things were very hectic, computer issues, rooms ready. After we got checked in, the staff was great. They were very stressed as were the customers waiting !

The staff at front desk were very nice. The coffee was decent. Our room was large.
Negatives:
Bed very, very uncomfortable. Pillowcases worn to the point of pilling. Toilet seat so old that paint was cracked. Only one towel each and they were old. No comfortable chair in room except a swivel secretary type chair. Noisy A/C. Food for breakfast not replinished fully while we were there.
