The beds was comfortable!

The lobby wasn’t clean. My shower was molded and there was a lot of crude around the shower floor, just look like it needs to be scrubbed better. The walls in the room was a little dirty also, all in all they need to do a good scrub down in the rooms and showers.

The property was nice, the staff and system is the problem.

The staff do not know what they are doing, they are very nice but do not know what they are doing. Stayed from the 25th of July to the 27th. There was supposed to be only parking and a deposit taken out, I noticed an extra $75 was taken from the account, which the money was part of our funds to do things out there, I asked them about it the guy at the front said it was a mistake the system took an extra deposit, I said I need that money for our trip that i need it back right away he didn’t want to do it I had to go back up and complain more for him to release it but that still didn’t help because they can’t put it right back like how they took it. Then they’re telling me that the system will keep taking money if it feels it needs more, I told her that that’s crazy you can’t just keep charging peoples card for no reason when you already held the money you needed for the stay, I even called up 3-4 days before and talk to her and asked what all we will be paying she said parking and deposit with the amount of the room which was no problem, but you can’t take extra money like it’s your personal bank. I wasn’t the only one, there was a bunch of people having the same issue. I want a full refund for my troubles and birthday trip being ruined we had to stay at the hotel and couldn’t do anything because they took the extra money. I would never stay here again my card is not your personal bank for you to keep charging when you feel like it. You cannot take extra deposits when you already held the money you were suppose to.
