The resort was very good. Location and facilities were excellent. Pools was good but the jacuzzi needed hotter temperature.
Negatives:
The room was nice but it was noisy. I can hear everything in the rother room and people hanging out in the hallway talking, dogs barking, and the trash compactor every time it was activated. Shower had poor water pressure.

The pool was awesome. Lots of space and a good view to look at and soak in some sun.

The room had just been renovated poorly. Door did not look or work well. Had to have maintenance come. Elevator did not always work. Security was questionable. The bar restaurant was not good.

The location is great and the arcade was fun the pool was nice if it was warmer out we would have enjoyed it more

We couldn’t even get in the hot tub due to it being over crowded and not time limit for other guest to have a turn this was a huge part of why we booked this resort. There was also black mold on the roof of our room.
