From the time we pulled up it was like the First 48 people were hanging outside and the 4 police cars were outside on the other side. The microwave in one room was rusted out and all of that. The room we finally ended up with was the newer room and it was not clean and smelled old. People coming in and out of the area not safe people. It was not what it appeared to be online. One of the staff told me that others have complained and wanted their money back and was told no. They even messed up my reservation.

We were visiting from Jacksonville for a music festival at the fairgrounds and the hotel was within walking distance. Front desk staff was very nice!
Negatives:
Nothing walking distance near this hotel like restaurants or stores...lots of car dealerships around. Room smelled musty, no bedding for pull out couch and door was uneven in the door frame and didn't seem to close properly.
Positives:
The customer service was excellent. We requested early check-in, which the staff was able to put a room together for us by 12:30 pm. After being at 100% capacity, the night before.

Breakfast was pancakes, waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee. Not a huge selection but I am easily satisfied so I enjoyed it.

The room smelled a bit damp, I guess it was the AC, it worked fine but just the smell was off putting.

Everything I loved everything about the property. These guys are fantastic to talk to you. They usually accommodate everything you need. I made a mistake and let someone staying at my door way to smoke and that should never happen but all you have to do is ask for a smoking room they will accommodate you for that. These guys are fantastic and theyre very helpful.
Negatives:
Cant say I didnt like anything. I love everything about it they have a pool. I couldnt figure out how to get inside the pool but its OK. Im pretty sure if I asked one of the guys out front they would have let me know and they also have a great breakfast in the morning. Ive never been up early enough to go have breakfast, but I know they have it.
