The staff erroneously charged my card several times. One of those times was AFTER I spoke with the mgr to resolve the issue. He did not return any of my subsequent calls or emails when I attempted to follow up about an additional $980 charge

I chose King suite with a pool view. Though as per the staff I was given a Pool view room, I was able to view the pool if I stood in the right corner of my room :) Typically, any view means a full direct view from the window. The staff was rude.

Pool was freezing cold, water slide out of order. Expensive resort and parking fee on top of room rate.

Daily parking charge is excessive. Daily room charge is too much on top of daily cost of living room. The room cost is reasonable but I think the daily room charge on top of that is ridiculous.

Great pool and food at the pool bar / restaurant.

Loved the suite layout, since we were traveling with a baby who could have her own space. The pool looked great, though we didn't get a chance to swim. Loved the on-site bar and Starbucks!

Please ask people if they need a bathtub in their room. Our kid doesn't shower yet, so only having a shower was an issue.

Very clean and large rooms.
Location is great! Only 5 miles from Disney World.
Parking is FREE. Not 28 dollars as booking.com mentioned.
We had a room with an Epcot view!
Negatives:
We had some problems checking in, it took a while because there were 2 rooms booked on my name and Booking.com gave us a booking with breakfast included but at the reception they said they never include this in a booking
Eventually we were able to have breakfast included in our booking.
