The room was a little dirty; I noticed some bugs on the sheets and crawling on the wall. There was also a loud bang our first night & it turned out that someone shot off fireworks really close by. Management never called to check on us or explain it.

Its was very clean . Comfortable beds. Nice pool . Nice staff. They offer shuttle buses to and from universal studios.

Small refrigerator, air conditioner didnt work properly, hot tub temp and blowers didnt seem to work properly.

Close to universal, good price not that I used it but it had everything you needed like pool, gym, washing machine etc
Negatives:
Bathroom, very poor and the water pressure was really bad. Would also say hair dryer was terrible. Apart from that it was a great stay. Would recommend company to invest in getting some sort of stop switches for the air-con. We left it running pretty much throughout our stay even if we wasnt in the room. Which was great when we got back but must be bad for the hotels budget. Use that budget to sort out the bathrooms and youve got a great place
