Positives: From checkin to checkout everything was perfect. Our room was available right away, very early, and we were given warm cookies which was a nice touch. The room was luxurious, up to Hilton standards and the grounds were magical, all decorated for Christmas. Breakfast was delicious, everything was so fresh and such a great selection of breakfast items.

Negatives: The tub was stained like permanently dirty looking. The room had a stinch smell. There was no complimentary toothbrush toothpaste any toiletries. The phone n the room didn't work. The tv showed poorly. The door looked as if it had been previous kicked in. Housekeeping came at 9:40 for us to check out when the original time was 11:00. Overall horrible experience and service

Positives: Nothing. It was dirty, noisy not a family friendly hotel. Very bad costumer service, not at all to Hilton standards Very unhappy with my stay .
Negatives: The costumer service was horrible, walls of room where not sound proof, I was with my little girls and there was people drinking and doing drugs just outside our door they were loud and the room was dirty and discusting. Not only that but when I complained about it, the manager was so rude and not accommodating at all. I am very disappointed with my stay and the brand Hilton

Positives: The Facilities were great.
Negatives: Unfortunately, my check-in experience was the worst I ever had. I was greeted by a rude and impatient staff member who showed little interest in answering my questions. When I wrote down her name for this review, she even mocked me, which was very unprofessional. I decided not to include her name here. As someone who frequently travels across the U.S. for work, I can confidently say this was the worst encounter I’ve ever had with a front desk staff member, who normally are the kindest people in the hotel. This seemed like an isolated incident, as the next day, another staff member was kind and helpful in answering one question, which I appreciated. While the hotel facilities are excellent, I recommend improving the professionalism and training of the front desk team to ensure consistent service. Thank you.
