Negatives:
My room was not ready till 9:00 P.M. Evening. Cleaning staff issues. They comped me a small meal and drink. Also, I can for breakfast at about 9:30, but were basically closed up. Thry close at 9:30. REALLY?

Mostl good, not perfect. Price was reasonable in very expensive, touristy area.
Positives:
Loved being able to borrow a bike free of charge. Was a great way to get around. Staff we all very friendly.
Negatives:
Would be even better if they had more food/restaurant options on site.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the kids love the pool.
Negatives:
We got there around 11 p.m after a long day at an amusement park got to the room there were no towels or bedding for the sofa bed waited about 30 mins before we could shower. Also breakfast was horrible no utensils, no cream cheese for our bagels, no bowls this was around 8:30 breakfast didnt end until 9:30. No meat options either really just a omelette that my kids didnt eat, cereal was in a jar that couldnt with no scoop, just expected more.
