Everything! The room was amazing, the front staff were beyond amazing. Free drinks for a few hours w room key. Breakfast was great. Everything from cereal, danish, you make your own waffles or pancakes. Also, had a omelette bar and buffet.
Negatives:
Only thing was having to pay to park, but it was not to expensive.

Charged me for 2 nights I was not there almost 700 dollars. Did not put my deposit back on my card and I cleaned and sanitized my room and left it better than when I came u

Fees I was never told about like hidden charges such as paying to self park when I am blind and car. Ridiculous . Still hasn't posted my 644.87 back to nm account. Charged me and mother both for days we were already checked out of hotel

The staff was friendly, the location was great for our event, and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing.
Negatives:
The floors in our room had large brown stains, the sofa bed had a large yellow stain on it, the bedroom door had hand prints and marks on it (maybe blood, grease, oil), the bed had hair and other particles on the sheets after being pulled back, our babys hands and feet were black after crawling on the floor for just a few minutes, and the bathroom had strings of hair hanging from the ceiling.

We were very disappointed with the room overall and we feel like we spent too much money for what we experienced.
