Nothing. The guy working was trying but the place is a shithole and he's surrounded by meths heads
Negatives:
I didn't even stay a night. I went to check in and he couldn't get me a room. The place was full of meth heads. I waited for an hour at 8pm after my room was meant to be ready at 3.30pm and he still couldn't get me a room. I ended up leaving. I have been telling everyone to never stay at Extended Stay, or book through you guys for that matter, because it was so bad and miss leading.

Everything is damaged or broken or dirty. It’s more like a halfway house than an acceptable accommodation for travel, especially with children. There is no customer service. It’s actually a pretty dangerous place to even stay. Everything was damaged inside the room. There was mold in the bathroom. The refrigerator was rusted.

Inside can use remodeling. It should look as good as the hotel in front of it. Because it happened to be in the back of what appears to be a decent hotel with the same name located in the front. Weird!
