Negatives: it is a bit rundown and pet friendly so smells. There was a full kitchen with no cooking supplies.

Negatives: During check in they gave a room that wasn’t cleaned then I changed another one that has been cleaned properly. The carpet need to be changed or cleaned deeply and the fridge was too loud. They need to get rid of those German cockroaches! That’s unacceptable to see them everywhere

Negatives: The amenities are old. Elevator barely worked. My smoke free room smelled like straight cigarette smoke. Tv was internally shatter so it was not possible to watch tv. There was no hot water to shower. I left shortly after arriving I was not willing to spend the night there as I am pregnant.

Negatives: We saw a few roaches come out while eating on our first night there; so from that point on it it was very uncomfortable.

Negatives: The hotel is full of undesirable people and drug addicts. It is impossible to stay here. We arrived there, did the check in around 1 a.m. and payed the price of the room but it was awful. It is impossible for a normal person/tourist to stay in that hotel. We are honorable people and we came to this hotel to sleep. Even at the stairs there were many drug people smoking weed. The halls smelled terribly. It was such an insecure and dangerous place that we had to leave immediately and go find the next hotel after midnight. We ask for our money back ASAP!

Negatives: The condition of just about everything was bad. I had ripped and stained carpets, a stain on my comforter, countertop trim was missing. Paint and wallboard in bathroom at baseboard was peeling and deteriorating into puddles of drywall dust on floor, tub was stained and dirty, shower head had a plastic bag tied around the seam at the pipe (I assume to 'seal' a leak??). It was bad enough I never used the shower (I opted to go to the Winter Place YMCA instead). Internet was slow to the point of being non functional. Noise was terrible (even at 3:00AM). Front door did not actually latch leaving security issues once the counter closed. For what I paid for 2 nights I expected a much better experience. I could have probably gotten a Hampton Inn or Homewood Suites at or near the cost of my Extended Stay America. This will likely be my first and last ESA experience.

Negatives: You need cleanliness the space better you need there is much more sanitary hygiene also avoids people smoking in the corridors

Negatives: It was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. There were dogs walking around without leashes, very creepy people, the room was SO dirty we didn’t even stay the night there. They have one elevator and it was broken. I have never seen such an atrocious hotel before. I would like a refund to pay for the sanitizing of all my clothes and luggage after staying there.

Negatives: Small roaches in kitchen and bathroom and mattress was very hard uncomfortable.
