The place is disgusting the hallways smell like rotting garbage, they wont vacuum rooms until after 14days no matter how much youve spent on your stay. One of the employees was in the stairwell smoking his crack which is insane, they also rush you out

Everything about the room was pretty terrible. The shower and sink did not drain. The shower drain looked like it had never been cleaned and was clogged with disgusting gunk. There was one pillow available for a room that had three people in it, and the front desk said they were out of pillows. The pull out couch had red stains as well as moldy looking brown stains. The floor leading into the bathroom had metal wires sticking up where it was frayed which poked into your feet if you stepped in it. Lastly, our door would not open unless you slammed your body into it 4 or 5 times while trying to unlock it. All three of us agreed this was our worst hotel experience ever.

We were on the 3rd floor room 312.The walk to our room was absolutely disgusting because the smell in the Hallway was so bad I had to cover my nose coming and going. The smell even entered our room. The rugs were the worst we have ever seen. Never Again!!

Everything. It was dirty and gnats everywhere. I complained and wanted my refund. They wanted to switch me to another room and it still was the exact same thing I. The new room. Completely, dirty and the dont clean the rooms until 2 weeks of you staying there.. I would love my refund back. The place is for locals and the homeless community.
