When first arrived to our room, someone was already there and it was a mess. The second room smelled bad once you came in. The burners didnt function and it was Smokey when you turned them on. Shower was kind of dirty and hair was on the floor. Chairs were filthy with stains on them. The carpet needs to be shampooed and deep cleaned. After midnight, our keys didnt work and to replace them twice! You can tell ppl live here on a regular basis. This is our last time at this hotel.

The room was great and the location was great. The staff except the manager was great.
Negatives:
I didn't like getting charged for my 2 service dogs just because my back window was broken and couldn't take them with me all the time. The money they charged me was supposed to fix my back window on my car, instead I had to pay an extra $400+ for mine and my wife's service dogs. The manager was of no help, she was the one that said I had to pay or vacate the property.
