Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. This is the worst stay I have had ever. The policy for house keeping is a lie. The website states every 7 days unless you want more frequently but corporate and the hotel states its every 14 days. So they dont clean their rooms but every 14 days. There were roaches dead all over the place. The sinks were clogged. The room was filthy. You have to take out your own trash, take down your dirty towels every day, and take down your own bedding and then make your bed after they wash them. Ooh but you can pay an extra 10 dollars a day to have them clean it but its not guaranteed cause they have too many dirty rooms ahead of yours to clean first. So if you want to clean your room while on vacation this is the best hotel for you. The lovely Sandra, Lana (whos the only manger but on vacation right now) and the amazing Mathew from corporate #5241193 said sorry about my timing (staying at the hotel).
