Service at Hampton Inn was excellent when I reach but I did not get to stay there my flight was delayed and when I reach to Hampton Inn the machine for using my card did not work I do not like the machine what Hampton Inn has on the front desk they need to set up a different way for customers when paying or change the machine I had to go and stay at a next hotel the machine for the next hotel work very smooth and excellent I think Hampton need to upgrade there machine

We Got To The Hotel After Checking and Went To Dinner and Got Back Late. That night the toilet didn't work and ended up using the lobby toilet. Told front desk and they were going to send someone to fix it but we were already checking out from the hotel.

almost 30 minutes to get down stairs. 1 Elevator for a packed hotel. Lady at the desk said there is nothing that can be done. She literally did not care. We have for the most part only stay with Hamptons probably never again. Sad and disappointed
