The elevator was broken and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs and my hubby has a bad back. How is there only 1 elevator. Very disappointed andy husband was in such pain. Also the water pressure and shower head would not allow me to rinse my hair. Terrible for such a high price.

We were fleeing Hurricane Milton. The hotel was safe, didn't lose electricity, didn't flood. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I'll definitely be back if we have to evacuate again.

The only elevator out of service. The only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. The room looked clean but smelled musty. Faucet in bathroom leaking with no way of stopping the drip noise. I'm a HH member and usually stay at HGI but this was not good.

So i paid for breakfast and stayed in the room with my daughter. When i got to the breakfast buffet the lady there greeted and i informed her i had paid for breakfast which she checked her list and confirmed with my room number and name. I picked breakfast ( eggs and sausage) and juice. And went to sit down. When i stood up to get more juice she loudly shouted…. Maam what is your room number so i can check if you paid for breakfast!. I replied you did that already about 5 mi minutes ago. She rambled on about oh she has to check and issue me a receipt.?
Don't know if she was behaving this way because of my race( black) or what else to say. Anyway this is my 1st and last time at this hotel.
