The tv would not turn on, we tired everything! I called the front desk and they told us maintenance would be coming to look at it, they never showed up so we had no tv. The other huge issue is that where are room is, you have to enter the pool area with your room key card, then walk through the area and go through the other pool door and then into the building, we hand to leave at 4 am for our flight, our room key would not work to open the pool door so we could leave!! We had to walk all the way around the back to the front of the hotel in the dark!

We were told we would have a balcony view with the type of room we rented but upon check in we entered the room and was unpleased to not have a balcony view due to the type of room we rented didn't come with a balcony ave that wasn't explained properly

We were traveling with a pet and were given an obvious “pet room” . The chair in the room was all chewed up, it had a bad smell, blood or dirt was on the curtains. The bathroom had dirt and hair in corners. Something was biting us. My dog has year round treatment so not fleas from her for certain. We checked out one day early. Not sure if the other rooms on site are better, but ours definitely did not meet the picture or rating standards we reviewed before staying

There are things for the kids to do. A Applebee connected to the resort..A shuttle bus that take you to the theme parks..Also I love the fact that they had bunk beds to accommodate three kids..

Just about the only good thing is the location. The pool area is OK too however, it is all over, shattered by the fact that the room reeked unbelievably of mold. So much so that all of our clothes and items that we had inside the hotel room reeked all the way from Orlando to our drive to Fort Lauderdale. We were getting onto a cruise and a week later after exiting the cruise any items that we had in that hotel room still reek of the hotel room. Even our entire car smelled of mold from our items being put into the car after that hotel room I’ve just never experienced anything so disgusting in my entire life.
Negatives:
I did not like the room, smelling like deadly, mold, and ourselves, and any items that were within the room, carried the smell all the way from Orlando to our drive to Fort Lauderdale to get on a cruise for a week and after a week any items that we had in that hotel room still smelled like deadly mold. I will be contacting Disney and any other outlets that I can to express to them that it is not acceptable for this hotel to be listed as a good neighbor of Disney when it is disgusting and wreaks of mold.
