Room has high moisture. Sofa is wet. guess it is just cleaned but not dried. Extra fee for breakfast. Shuttle to Disney world is convenient only thing to attract me. Facilities in hotel seem old. Air dryer does not work.

ice machines weren't working and missing. The hotel staff was not helpful. Other than that, good hotel and great location.

We checked into this hotel around 11:30pm after a day at Disney. When we went to unlock the door, the deadbolt was locked and someone yelled at us from inside what was supposed to be our room. They somehow double booked our room.

It was very busy the time that I was there with some convention going on so the amenities such as the pool and hot tub were extremely packed.
