The room smelled musty. When we woke up and put on our clothes, they felt damp. Poor water pressure and terrible front desk staff. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check in. Handicap parking was full of motorcycles that none had handicap placards

Love this hotel every time I come down to Orlando for any event I stay here and I love the staff the pool the managements most helpful..always plenty of towels and the fact its connected to Fridays is just an extra perc! I definitely recommend

The lady at check in was very friendly. The lobby was updated and clean. Free water station, which was very nice to refill our water bottles.

Past the lobby the hotel was dingy and worn.The room was dirty, the walls were splashed with some kind of liquid. The bathroom door lock was stuffed with toilet paper. No bedding for the sleeper couch, which looked uncomfortable to sleep on anyway.

Yes! They charged $25 to park in their parking lot! Ridiculous! When asked they said because they did want people who were going to Universal Studios to park in their parking lot. I told them they should give their guests a FREE voucher.Internet was down.
