The front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful and was understaffed the hallways looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in months my reservation stated there was free breakfast they only gave it for 2 people when i had 4 people on my reservation over all the worst holiday inn I've ever been to

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Right next to Universal and Hard Rock Hotel. Price was decent, and having a Friday's connected to it was great for late night drinks. The swimming pool was always a plus. The staff was amazing.
Negatives:
The hotel was on the older side. Good if you are staying for 1-2 days, but I would stay somewhere else if it was any longer. Humidity in the rooms makes you feel like you're always wet. The hotel is outdated with lots of ware and damage everywhere except the lobby. Definitely pay for what you get. Rooms are sparce and remind me of an old motel with a few toiletries.

Beds were uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work. Had 2 guys come up to look at it and it was so hot that we couldn’t even sleep at night. Woke up in sweats. It was dirty and gross. No good benefits staying here.

Our stay was ok but...
Positives:
I was happy the restaurant was close to the hotel and the travel desk was in the hotel and provided shuttle to the Universal Studio.
Negatives:
I had booked the hotel with breakfast....but, when i reached the hotel...i was told the room is without breakfast.
Also, the coffee maker was not working and had to be replaced at least 3 times which was a little frustrating as i couldn't have morning coffee.

The lady was dumber than a bag of bricks. Staff was basically nonexistent. Check in process was horrible when it should be so easy. Was charged twice. Definitely not the hotel I stayed at years ago

Not worth the price or...
Positives:
Nothing, this was the worst IHG I have ever stayed at. The rooms smelled moldy and that should have made me leave, but we were tired after driving 12 hours. Later my whole family woke up with bug bites. It was bed bugs which made sense with the moldy and musty smell. The carpets were stained and had not been vacuumed at all. The people that run this hotel should be ashamed of the state of their rooms. It is their responsibility to keep people safe and management should be held responsible. Booking.com should not be associated with this hotel.

This hotel should not be an IHG. The IHG name holds a lot of meaning to me such as safe, clean, and reliable. This hotel had none of these qualities. I have booked IHG for years and never hesitated to book an IHG but now I will no longer stay at these hotels. I have had to spend hundreds to treat bugs.
