Parking was extra and through a different business. Parking cost was included in my fee through booking. Ended up getting a bill in the mail for 104.00! Nightmare trying to get that wavied! Call hotel multiple times. They were of no help to me and the manager was very rude! Very poor customer service. I finally did get the fee waived after calling the parking company multiple times. Will never stay there again.

Location is good but hard to get to. Breakfast was great, service at Fridays was very good.
Negatives:
Our room had no working phone and 90% of the outlets were not working. The hotel also has a huge ant problem. Our bathroom and kitchenette were covered with ants. Both bathrooms in our suite were left dirty. Actual dirt in the bottom of the tub. Hotel is under renovations and they had cardboard down in the elevators.
