The hotel is convenient located next to MCO international airport

We landed in the evening, upon checking in the staff working was not friendly or helpful. No eye contact and anything asked felt too much. We kindly requested a room with a glass shower and was told she didn’t know. In addition we got charged the wrong amount for the room and charged twice on my credit card which was not solved until 3 days after the fact.
Upon coming into the room, and opening the bedsheets to climb into bed, the bed had hair and a big brown spot which we can only assume what could be. We got to switch rooms but switched rooms from two queens to one king and slept with our son in one bed.
Won’t stay here again, the concept of home 2 suits is great only the standards of this location was really poor!

Very clean, massive rooms, perfect location to the airport and the free shuttle to the airport was a lovely bonus. Free coffee and teas all day super too. Very friendly staff from start to finish.

Breakfast was good. I was hoping for a gluten free choice but there was none, ie: scrambled eggs would have been nice.
Negatives:
Coffee pot in room was filthy. The faucet in kitchen sink had black stuff hanging where the water comes out. Gross! I had to go downstairs to get coffee.
I thought I was overcharged for my small dog to stay one night. I'm a widow. You're a big chain that could give a senior citizen a break once in awhile.
I've been to other Hiltons that don't have carpet in rooms, which I think is more sanitary for everybody.
