The fitted sheet of the percale set was very wrinkled, top mattress on the bed near bathroom needed to be flipped/ replaced, Its loosing its firmness & I discovered a bug on the bonus pillow’s pillowcase. it did not appear to be a bed bug, but I did remove & flushed it. For the safety and to eliminate possibility of and risk managing or OSHA compliance violations, please ensure future guests to check the pillows, mattresses & carpet to ensure to access/determine whether it’s time to discard the entire ensemble for a new season of new replacements.

The walls are paper thin;
The person at the reception when we arrived wasn’t professional. She was on her phone for at least 5 mins with us waiting at the front desk and her ignoring us until we alerted she. Then chatted either the staff in the middle of the check in for another while.

Negatives:
The room was not exceptionally clean. Found food and wrappers from previous guests under the bed. This is a very plain hotel. Room is big. But it’s plain. Utilitarian. Location has no special qualities at all except proximity to the airport. For the price there are way better options.
