They changed our rooms 3 times until we gave up because they were all equally dirty. Floors with hair, sticky, stained towels, bathtub with hair and during the stay they only stretch the sheets. Don't clean anything! We chose to go to a hotel and not an Airbnb because of the cleanliness and it didn't exist here! There is no one to talk to from the hotel. They told you to go talk between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. there was someone there and we went to Orlando to be in the Disney parks all day but the night will arrive exhausted and their room being dirty every day was a horror. I wouldn't come back even if they gave me the stay!

The room was cleaned every other day and when it was cleaned they only made beds (very poorly and without changing sheets) and poorly clean the room, even the toilet paper that was empty wasn’t changed.
The breakfast was very disappointing, a few things to choose from.

Conveniently located to mall, restaurants, and Disney. The area didn’t seem overcrowded and was very pleasant to stay in. Great value especially for a family of 6.
