I called the same day I booked to make sure I was on the first floor as I would be bringing my ESA. Never did they mention there would be a fee (which is illegal but the manager decided to fight with me about it and I informed her I will not be paying as legally she cannot charge me). So the manager ended up waiving it. But there was no notes on there system nor was I on the first floor. Funny enough the week before when I stayed I was on the first floor. This request for both visit was made on the same day on the same call. So I check my statement the next day and of course there was an extra $75 charge. I had to request twice for it to be reversed.

Wednesday evening reception. The housekeeping staff are very kind. Convenience of the Applebees & my office.

Why offer online check in and a digital door key if it wont get you into the building doors. In addition, with self check in you may not realize you have to register & pay to park. Upon requesting the traditional key I was met with attitude not gratitude. Wasnt happy with the front desk girl wanting to charge me for my ESA. I would expect its SOP to educate front desk staff on the laws regarding the hospitality industry. When I went to bed the first night it was apparent the bed linens were not clean. They reeked of urine and I could feel crumbs in the bed. I went to the front desk to request all new linens so there I am 4am making my own bed at an overpriced hotel. The next morning breakfast seemed skimpier than usual. If I hadnt already booked my stay next week, I would stay elsewhere.

Stayed here 5 times and gets worse little by little. Replaced kid friendly drinks and energy drinks with beer and alcohol for new clientele. Will be our last time here.
