Our family truly enjoyed our stay. ALL OF HYATT HOUSE staff was EXCELLENT from arrival staff, cleaning staff, and the kitchen staff. I must say including the other guests. I have teenagers. They really loved Hyatt Place. We will be returning. Thank you for making our visit welcoming.

Our room (King Bed) was a bit of a disappointment, compared with mini Suite that we booked for our daughter's family. And yet the price was very close to the same?? Our Bed was not at all comfortable & what's with the dead pillows? :o(

This motel lacks amenities like bottled drinking water, toothpaste, or moisturizer, typically provided by others. Purchasing bottled water from the motel is excessively priced at around $10 each. Their breakfast, while passable, consists mainly of frozen food and canned fruits rather than fresh options. The rooms feel somewhat sticky, and room cleaning services are only available every three days, and I had to request them if needed before that. Overall, I regret not selecting a better accommodation.
