Location is good, if you want to visit theme park.
Room overall is quite spacious, fridge and good size tv inside
Negatives:
Breakfast (you can eat only boiled egg and banana) other was crapp
Air conditioner is next to the bed, so if you like to sleep in silence, you can not use it.

The cleaning services are not included. We stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping. The least you do except when you are on a vacation is to not worry about this stuff and relax. It should be indicated in the description of the hotel that HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT INCLUDED, and then you decide whether to stay in another place.
