The noise was beyond excessive all through the night children running around screaming laughing gone midnight, adults partying through the night with excessive music and banging.
The photos are misleading
The toilet took ages to flush
Anyone can walk into the resort
I rang reception a number of times to report the noise issues and had no answer
I reported the broken tap to reception and no one came to fix it.
We stayed in the tower block which I don’t believe was advertised so you feel like you’re in some unsafe hostel: I’ve since read the reviews from other travellers who indicated young girls were targeted.

This was second stay, it was just as good as the first stay. The room was spacious and perfect for my dog and me.
The staff was amazing, very helpful and always available and quick to response of any needs.
The location to the theme parks was also a huge win! Less than 5 minutes to Universal & 15 minutes to Disney.

The rooms were awful. Overall both rooms we rented were dirty. Walls had stains on them throughout the rooms. We all felt very uncomfortable about staying there. Garbage outside of our rooms had not been emptied and smelled awful. Front desk staff was not friendly or helpful from the moment we stepped foot into the door. I had too go and buy additional cleaning products to wipe down all surfaces. Light coverings looked burnt and had holes in them. We would never stay or recommend this place to anyone.
