The only thing I liked was the free shuttle to the airport.
Negatives:
The elevator was very old and felt like it was going to breakdown. Hallway floors were very dirty. Found trash in my room along with a pair of flip flops. Shower curtain was stained, and shower/bathtub itself didn’t look all that clean.

Being close to the airport was nice. And having several restaurants in walking distance.
Negatives:
The employee, one in particular was so beyond rude. When asking about their shuttle to the airport, they informed us that they don’t start till 5 and I should have done my Research before booking the hotel. Umm what?!
I do not recommend it, I will never be back, and am truly disappointed in this stay and experience.

Awful staff and lack of...

Not much. I travel around the US every week for business and the hotel was in need of extensive maintenance. This was among the bottom 10% of the 1000+ hotel stays I've had.
Negatives:
My suite's toilet did not work at all. The fridge didn't function either. They changed my room but the second room's refrigerator also did not function so I had to keep my food in the employee refrigerator while they changed my fridge out the next day. I received no compensation or apology for all this trouble. A minor nitpick, but their breakfast hours (7AM-9AM) were so restrictive they might as well not offer it. I did not get the chance to try it. I would not return to this hotel.

Room was very large, good comfortable beds, good facilities in and around the hotel. Shuttle bus was easy to use to and from the airport.
Negatives:
The breakfast was good, however it was extremely busy, many people could not get a seat and had to take items to their room. You had to wait on items being filled up and queue for everything.
