the atmosphere was nice, staff was helpful and pleasant, rooms were clean, photos were pretty accurate, easy access to transportation and fun activities.

Boiled eggs every day, may be you could have done boil some days and do scrambled on other days

I did not find the facilities clean enough, and they are old.
You need to ask the front desk to put your room on the housekeeping list. Otherwise, they are not cleaning your room.
The elevator was terrible.

the. front desk staff was rude nasty i checked in about 1:30 am and i had to wait like 15 min for someone to come to the front desk i had to knock on the door for him to answer terrible service so sad the manager wouldn’t not even compensate me my tv didn’t work my whole stay called to the front desk to get maintenance no one never came to fix the tv .
