I liked that it was very close to the airport and had a shuttle.

Dirty, no early check in, I had to wait over 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport when hotel is only 7 minutes away.

The hotel looked tired, the doors to the bedrooms were very dirty and the corridors required hoovering. The breakfast was limited and not a great choice.

Ok to sleep before plane...
Positives:
The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the bed was comfortable
Negatives:
The cleanliness wasnt up to scratch. There were hairs left in our bath and on the sink. and bleach was needed in the toilet bowl. Worst of all there was a streak of green flem on the wall by the bed.
The hoovering hadn't reached the edge of the carpet either.
The hotel just seemed very tired too, definitely not as smart as we were expecting.

We were in room 200 and the water faucet in the bathtub ran all night long and the air conditioner sounded like grinding metal so we had to end up turning off the air conditioner and had no air so we literally got no sleep whatsoever all night long and on the bed your feet are higher than your head!

Had minor interactions but the hotel staff was good though. The shuttle lady in the morning was also really good.

The lift was very bad. The hotel keys were getting deprogrammed. The bed was not comfortable. Not a really good experience overall.

Lobby and hallways were not air conditioner. A bucket in front of elevator was catching a leak. This isn't a new leak, as it was the same in April when I stayed.
