Negatives: Under much needed refurbishment. Check in and breakfast in unused rooms. Parking lot full of containers. Hallways and rooms dark. No elevator. Stairwells disgusting. Hallways smell like pot.

Negatives: Obviously some may be bothered by the appearance of the corridors etc but you know this before you book

Negatives: We booked a 5-night stay at La Quinta by Wyndham International Drive through Booking.com — a platform we’ve used and trusted for years. However, this experience was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, we discovered the hotel was under renovation, with the lobby completely closed and check-in being handled in a makeshift guest room. There was absolutely no mention of this construction on the website or in our reservation — a serious and misleading omission. We chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly, but during check-in, we were surprised by an extra pet fee, which was also not mentioned at all in the reservation. I refused to pay it, as we were not informed in advance. The hotel itself was in terrible condition: • The room was old and outdated, with torn carpet, a noisy air conditioner, and a persistent bad smell. • There was no table in the room to sit and eat or have coffee. • The “breakfast” consisted of pre-packed styrofoam containers with a fixed selection — no choices, no buffet. • There was no coffee machine available at breakfast time. You had to go back to your room and make your own coffee with the tiny, low-quality in-room coffee maker, inside a very cramped space with no table or setup suitable for eating or drinking. It was completely impractical and uncomfortable. • The pool had no towels, and when we asked, we received tiny face towels instead. • There is no lobby, no breakfast room, no indoor common area — just an outdoor seating area near the pool, under the blazing Orlando sun. The photos and descriptions online do not reflect the hotel’s current state at all. We felt deceived, and it’s obvious that the renovation is being deliberately hidden to avoid cancellations. We only stayed because there were no other pet-friendly hotels available in the area we needed. Otherwise, we would have left immediately. It was an extremely unpleasant stay. I will never book with La Quinta again, and I have lost trust in Booking.com !

Negatives: Dirty with cockroach, the shower faucet was damaged, the refrigerator door wouldn’t close properly, the sheets old and yellow. The worst thing was that I left a new apple charger in the room connected in the wall that disappeared and also my car beeper keys was kept in deep pocket in my backpack that I left in the room all the time also disappeared . The hotel was notified and they gave 15 percent discount in our bill . The issue is not the discount , this place is not safe at all any body can access the rooms thanks God we were not hurt or assaulted

Negatives: the hotel had some renovations going on and we didn’t have access to the dining area to take breakfast, so eating in our room was a bit uncomfortable.

Negatives: Don't go there unless they promise you that they finished refurbishment!! It was a bad experience when you arrive and see that what used to be main entrance is actually closed and the place is a construction site. Reception is in one of the rooms near the parking entrance and so is the 'dinning room' which we never entered...stairs to second level (no elevators) are in a deplorable state and no noise isolation in room

Negatives: Even tho I understand they were renovating the breakfast area and didn’t have much space, I did not like breakfast at all this time. You didn’t have many options and you were given just two toast, a little bit of egg and one sausage. No coffee, only a little bit of juice, no milk, no bagels, no pancakes or waffles. If you wanted more you couldn’t get more, you were stuck to your portion, so it was kinda frustrating. Hopefully the renovations are over soon and we get back to the delicious breakfast buffet they have.

Negatives: Having to drive around to the back due to renovations causing the front of the hotel to be closed.

Negatives: The room needed updating, but it was clean, and it served it purpose. I would stay here again.
