I said at this hotel many times before never had issues, but ROOM 244 was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel . There was roaches EVERYWHERE. Even during the day they were everywhere on the walls, bed, floor , bathroom. But at night when the lights go off you will see HUNDREDS! I couldn’t sleep feeling them crawling all over the bed I was disgusted and almost traumatized. I like this hotel but I don’t think i will ever stay here again after having that room . I hope they take care of this for any future tenants.

ROOM 244 IS ROACH INFESTED

My room wasn't ready I had to pay an extra two dollars to upgrade from a one bed to two. My arrival time to check in was between 3:00 p.m. to 4:00p.m. with an Earlier check in if I got there early I arrived at 253 nothing was ready or did my booking arrangement was honored and there was roaches and I requested a room down stairs nothing available had to be placed upstairs and I was late for my engagement

I booked a deluxe room with a fridge and microwave and the room that they had was no good. So they put us in the room without the microwave and fridge and I still paid full price for the deluxe I asked for a refund of the difference since I did not stay in a room I paid for but absolutely no one from there ever replied nor did I get the difference back. I'm a little upset about that.

the employee didn't want to open the door for me to pay, he wanted the PIN for my card (a new experience for me), cockroaches everywhere, Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work, the room stank of urine, $100 a night was a lot for the inconvenience
