Very Nice to sit around...

I reserved a room at this hotel and paid for it in full on the website. When I arrived at the reception, I said, ‘Hello, I would like to check in; here is my reservation and proof of payment.’ I showed them screenshots of the transaction and the receipt. However, I was told that there were no rooms available. I asked if I could get a refund so I could find another hotel, but they refused, saying they don’t offer refunds. I pointed out that their website still showed 10 available rooms and noticed many empty rooms in the hotel. Despite this, they insisted there were no rooms available. Then, the staff member insulted me, calling me a ‘stupid white idiot,’ and told me to ‘shut up and leave.’ They then kicked me out of the hotel. I would like to resolve this matter, get my money back, and possibly ensure that the staff member is held accountable for their rude behavior. Such treatment is completely inappropriate and hurtful, and such personnel should not be working in the service industry

Awesome management. Kudos to James the manager. Things ran efficiently. Room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Everything felt so clean. The property was also clean and there wasn’t a wrapper or a cigarette butt anywhere! It was a pleasure to stay at this motel 6. I will definitely be returning!
