The location was great for UCF and nearby eateries. The price was lower than most nearby. The coffee pot / microwave and fridge worked well and were definitely appreciated.
Negatives:
The plumbing was very dated and did not work properly. There was no shelf/ledge to set anything on while showering. There was a large gap under the entry door that allowed insects /lizards to enter. The security lock was broken. There was a desk chair but no other comfortable chair in the room …though there was room for one, it appears it had been removed?

The location was convenient for the event we attended, other wise, there was nothing about the facility that I liked.
Negatives:
Upon walking in the uncleanliness of the room was evident. It looked like the room wasn’t even swept, there was hair balls and dust all throughout the floor even a dead cockroach. We noticed all of this but quickly had to leave for an event. When we returned it wasn’t long until we got a few visits from the dead roaches alive friends we also noticed dried toothpaste on the floor. Upon checkout, we notified the front desk employee of our situation, ready to present proof of our findings, and all she proceeded to offer us was a “I’m sorry about that”. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
