Negatives: Nothing everything was perfect

Negatives: To begin, I acknowledge that the initial mistake was mine, as I inadvertently booked the wrong room type. Upon arriving and realizing the issue, I contacted the front desk. Unfortunately, I was placed on hold multiple times before the call was disconnected. When I called again, I was finally informed that the hotel was fully booked and unable to accommodate a room change. I understood the situation and asked if I could be transferred to a sister property, but was told that since the reservation was made through Booking.com, I would need to contact them directly. Ultimately, no alternative accommodations were available, so we made the best of the situation for the night. During our stay, we requested additional towels and blankets but were told that none were available as they were being laundered. It was surprising and disappointing to hear that a Marriott property did not have basic amenities readily available, especially during a weekday I inquired about the possibility of checking out early the next day and was once again directed to Booking.com. After holding for nearly an hour, a representative from Booking.com informed me that they had spoken with the property and early checkout would be permitted. Given the circumstances, I booked another hotel through Booking.com for the following night. However, when I went to check out, I was told there was no record of the arrangement and that a refund for the second night would not be issued. This was extremely frustrating. I asked to speak with a manager, and after some discussion, a staff member did agree to process the refund. While I appreciate that she ultimately took action, I believe the situation should not have escalated. Very surprised with the lack of customer service from a Marriott.

Negatives: Breakfast was way to busy...we stood in line forever and still didn't get to eat.

Negatives: Didn't like check in , my room wasn't ready and I was sent to 2 rooms that weren't available. The third room finally met standards. Didn't like that housekeeping, didn't clean our rooms or give us fresh towels/rags .
